Delivery & Return Conditions

In cases where you order goods to be fulfilled directly by Ülkü Motorsport, the following delivery and return policy will apply:



All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are receiving high volume orders, shipments may be delayed for several days. Please allow additional handling days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.



The Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.


3. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)

If you are not satisfied with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in resalable condition. This means your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange. Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer.



Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying us that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.



We do not issue refunds for items for sale, unless they are defective.



We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace a product for the same product, please fill out the contact us form.
